When you register, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (linked to WhatsApp). For property managers registering on behalf of organisations, we may also collect company information.

To operate the service, we store property-related information you provide, including:

When tenants submit maintenance requests (via WhatsApp or the web form), we collect:

WhatsApp Messages

We process messages sent through the TenantFix WhatsApp bot. This includes messages from both landlords and tenants relating to maintenance, reminders, and account management.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. We retain billing metadata (subscription status, payment history, currency, amount) as necessary to manage your subscription.

Usage & Analytics Data

We use the Meta Pixel to track anonymised usage events on our website, including PageView, Lead, and Purchase events. We also use Datafast for privacy-friendly analytics. We collect standard server log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps).
